Due to the recent BoD ruling, all non-member prices will increase by $5 after the first cutoff (27th of September). Any non-member bookings that have not been paid at that time, will also incur an extra $5 and you will be re-invoiced. Note that the pricings here HAVE been adjusted to reflect this requirement from BoD.
**OTHER IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT** If you require accommodation, the deadline for accommodation bookings is Saturday, the 2nd of November and this will not be extended. We need to ensure that all accommodation is allocated in advance as Scouts require our numbers prior to the event.

Once we process your booking, you will be sent an email with your booking details and electronic payment arrangements. To ensure a smooth booking process, please send the bookings officer a screen cap of your payment. As this is a large event, prior payment via electronic transfer is preferred. You may contact the bookings officer to arrange alternative payment, if you are unable to pay prior to the event or have difficult making electronic transfers .
Your booking will be confirmed by email once we have received your payment. If you have not paid by the 31st of October, we will endeavour to contact you. Any unpaid bookings by November 2nd risk being cancelled, unless you have contacted the bookings officer to make an arrangement.
Pricing for November Crown, 2019 are as follows:
*Please note, all costings include site fees that are charged by Scouts, the SCA does not absorb these costs. Site fees are: $5 per person, per day for daytripping, $7 per person/per night for camping and $21 per person/per night for bunks.
** If you are bunking, you will need to supply your own bedding and towels. This is a Scouts venue, they do not supply these for us. Any questions, or to arrange assistance, please contact the Steward.
